As 2025 quickly comes to an end, we want to take a moment to reflect on our journey this year. It has been a very positive year for us, with sales increasing by just over 200 bottles. This growth comes after two years of stagnation, where we saw no significant changes in our sales figures.

Looking Ahead: New Opportunities

What’s on the horizon for us? We have exciting plans to tap into larger markets in Adelaide. Additionally, we are organizing more gin cruises to enhance the experience for our customers. Our goal is to make each trip as entertaining as possible.

The idea of establishing a cellar door is also being discussed. If the right location at the right price becomes available, we may take that leap. Furthermore, we are exploring the potential for a pre-mixed can, likely featuring our popular after dark gin.

Celebrating Milestones

In other news, we recently hit our 10th downstream batch. This milestone means that once all bottles are filled, we will have produced 1,000 bottles. It’s incredible to think that this little micro-distillery has reached such a significant mark in just three years. We might even consider doing something special to celebrate this achievement, possibly including a giveaway.
