40ML TWINBRIDGES DISTILLERY SUNSET GIN
15ML CLEAR CREME DE CACOA
10ML APEROL
20ML LIME JUICE
15ML VANILLA HONEY SYRUP
WONDERFOAM/EGG WHITE
ADD ALL INGREDIENTS INTO A SHAKER ALONG WITH ICE. SHAKE VIGOROUSLY. DOUBLE STRAIN INTO A GLASS AND ENJOY.
GARNISH WITH A FRESH STRAWBERRY DIPPED IN WHITE CHOCOLATE

Downstream After Dark Gin - 40ml

Blue Curacao - 20ml

Fresh Orange Juice - 40ml

Fresh Lemon Juice - 25ml

Marmalade - 1 Barspoon

Simple Syrup - 5ml

Orange Peel Garnish

Mix the ingredients from 2-6 all together in a shaker and mix well. Add large ice cube and pour over. Add Gin slowly over the top to create the seperate layers. Top with garnish

Lemon Meringue Pie'tini

How To Make
-
Shake first three ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled rimmed glass
-
Dry shake cream and liqueur (without ice) so as to mix and whip
-
Float cream and liqueur mix by pouring over back of spoon

30ml Twin Bridges Limoncello

30ml sugar syrup 2/1 sugar mix

30ml Lemon juice
-
60ml Single cream
-
15ml Licor 43
Garnish​
-
wipe outside edge of rim with cream mix and dip into Graham cracker or digestive biscuits
Espresso Martini

Ingredients
-
2 ounces freshly brewed espresso, chilled
-
1 1/2 ounces vodka
-
1/2 ounce Twin Bridges Coffee Liqueur
-
1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
Instructions​
-
In an ice-filled cocktail shaker, vigorously shake all ingredients until frothy for 15-20 secs
-
Strain into a martini glass
