Born from our flagship Downstream Gin recipe, After Dark adds a mesmerising twist: butterfly pea flower, a natural botanical that turns the liquid a deep, mysterious purple-black in the bottle.
Then the magic happens. Add tonic water or a squeeze of citrus, and watch it bloom into vivid violet right in the glass. It's not a trick — it's chemistry. The pH shift from the acid transforms the colour, creating one of the most visually stunning gin experiences you can have at home.
